Delivery Information

Delivery of your order: UK Mainland

Our products are only available to order online or over the telephone. All orders received are picked, packed and dispatched from our distribution warehouse located in Sheepbridge, Chesterfield. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day, orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. If you require delivery to Ireland or Offshore Islands please contact our sales team on 01246 589010.

If an item is received damaged, short or you have received an incorrect item you must inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. It is the customers responsibility to check the order once it has been delivered.

Delivery Timescales

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order. If you need your goods delivering faster, or on a specific day please contact a member of our PermaPave sales team on live chat or through the contact us form to discuss our premium delivery options. Please note, there is a surcharge for all premium delivery services.

Delivery Notifications

Orders are dispatched using either through the pallet network or by courier (Interlink Express). Interlink Express will send out notifications by SMS text confirming when your order will be delivered. The notification confirms Date and Time followed by a 1 hour delivery slot. If the notified time isn’t suitable there is an option to request alternative dates, times and locations by replying to the SMS text.
